At Dalhart Christian Academy we realize the sacrifice it takes for many of our families to send their children here. We look for and are always open to find ways to raise the funds needed to meet our budget without burdening families. Some of the ways that we do this are listed below with links for more information.
Box Tops for Education – Box tops are found on many items that are purchased by families. Schools receive 10 cents for each box top sent in. There are also many ways that families & friends of students can get e-tops online. Please see the Box Tops for Education website for more information at http://www.boxtops4education.com/.
So far for the 2015-2016 year we have raised $881.00 through box top submissions.
This year the money raised is going toward the purchase of new equipment for the playground. The kids seem to be super excited about that. We are so close to our goal of $1000.00.
Amazon Smile – Amazon has began a program where purchases made through Amazon Smile benefits charities. Dalhart Christian Academy is one of those charities. YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN THROUGH AMAZON SMILE WITH DALHART CHRISTIAN ACADEMY SHOWING AS “You are supporting” the address for this is http://smile.amazon.com

Please let friends and family members know about this easy way to benefit Dalhart Christian Academy.
Fall Festival – Annually we hold an event to raise funds through the sale of raffle tickets for a large prize (2015 was a Bad Boy Buggy) and tickets for a meal. Tickets for this event are sold by Dalhart Christian Academy Students beginning the first week of school. The event is normally held in November with the night ending at the announcement of the Grand Prize winner.
At our 2015 Fall Festival, we were able to raise around $40,000.00. This money was used for scholarships and operations.
ABC Cookie Dough Sales – Our students and families sold cookie dough in February, and raised $5,388.00 for our school.
Steak Out – In April, during National Private School Month, we host an event where attendees enjoy a steak lunch. Tickets are sold by students beginning in March. At this event we also have a silent auction for a variety of items (which are donated to the school from community businesses and individuals).
